Noticing Lower Staff​

School Administrators must actively observe and evaluate the performance of lower staff tiers both inside and outside of official school sessions. When looking for exemplary performance to recognize, use the following guidelines:

  • Support Staff Evaluation: Observe how effectively Security, Office Secretaries, Nurses, Guidance Counselors, and Teaching Aides manage their designated stations and maintain daily campus operations. Look for consistent activity, alertness, and a helpful attitude toward students.
  • Instructional Staff Evaluation: Monitor Substitute Teachers, Core Teachers, and Elective Teachers during their lessons. Pay attention to how well they deliver their subject curriculums (Science, Cooking, English, Drama, Gym, History, and Art), their ability to maintain classroom order, and their adherence to hidden command execution rules.
  • Professional Demeanor: Actively look for staff members who consistently display mature behavior, utilize advanced grammar, and handle student disruptions or trollers with patience and professionalism.

Recommending Promotions & Bot Ranking​

Because School Administrator is the highest rank attainable through standard promotions, administrators do not make manual ranking decisions on their own. While School Administrators are equipped with the authority to change a staff member's rank via the Discord bot, they are strictly prohibited from doing so without prior authorization:

  • Documenting Performance: Before seeking advancement for a staff member, carefully evaluate the Support Staff or Instructional Staff member. Note specific examples of how they exceeded expectations inside or outside of a session.
  • Reviewing Command Integrity: Ensure the staff member being recognized has used their tools responsibly—such as teachers correctly formatting their commands with the required hidden execution rules.
  • Obtaining Official Approval: You must pass your documented notes up to executive leadership and receive explicit approval from a Vice Director or Director before performing any rank changes.
  • Executing the Rank Change: Once official approval has been granted, School Administrators must use the custom GGM Ranking Discord bot to update the user's role. Use the official integration command to process the promotion, which securely updates the Roblox group database.
